OverView...

For transient visitors and seasonal customers alike, a visit to the Old Lyme Dock offers a friendly, intimate atmosphere; a level of customer service more akin to that of a small yacht club than that of a full service marina. We're also known throughout the area as having the ability to easily accommodate larger vessels (over 100 ft LOA!) at our fueling dock.

We are a short walk from the historic town center of Old Lyme, complete with a grocery, various shops restaurants, inns, galleries and boutiques. We will gladly arrange for transportation to and from local attractions such as The Florence Griswold Museum, The Old Lyme Academy of Fine Arts, The Bee & Thistle and Old Lyme Inns, and many more!

Gasoline & Diesel...

The Old Lyme Dock Company is an authorized Texaco Dealer of marine fuel.We offer midgrade gasoline at 89 octane, super grade at 93 octane as well as marine diesel fuel. Our prices are always fair, and our tanks and equipment are meticulously maintained to guarantee that you are fueling with the highest quality products available.

Transient & Seasonal Slips...

We offer both full-service seasonal slips and transient (temporary) dockage for visitors at very competetive rates!

Transient visitors can enjoy the same services as our seasonal customers, such as water and A/C, as well as full access to clean showers and restrooms. We can also arrange transportation to groceries, laundry, etc.

Restrooms & Shower Facilities...

We offer clean restrooms and showers for both seasonal customers and those just visiting. Our newly renovated facilities will remind you of an a visit to an estate guest house; we clean our restroom and shower facilities morning, noon and night!

Hauling & Storage...

Storage is available a few miles up river, at our sister facility, the Essex Landing.

While our hauling and storage capacity is limited, we have preferred access to many local hauling services and can provide our customers with assistance in arranging these alternatives. We also can ararnge for on-site mechanics in the event that you need to service your vessel.

Our Dockside Store...

Be sure to stock up on ice while you are fueling from our dockside ice machine! We offer many convenience items at our store, such as 2-cycle oil and other marine essentials, cigarettes, snacks, soda, sun block and other various sundries.

You can also pick up an 'Old Lyme Dock Company' tee shirt or sweatshirt with our logo!
