Please Boat Safely! |
Please observe the following when fueling at the Old Lyme Dock: |
- Close all cabin compartments
- Turn off all electronics or other items that may emit sparks
- Fuel nozzle must be in contact with metal fueling pipe to cancel any build up of static electricity
- Be sure to run your blower if you have an in-board engine
- Double check the labels on your fill-ups (i.e. avoid putting gas in your water tank, etc.)
- Avoid Spills! Please wipe up any spills immediately with an absorbant cloth!
